Last updated: 22 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Milman Construction uses cookies and similar technologies on milman.construction.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a device when a user visits a website. They can help a website function properly, remember preferences, understand how a website is used and improve performance.
2. How we use cookies
Cookies may be used for:
- Essential website functionality
- Security
- Form functionality
- Saving cookie preferences
- Website performance and analytics, where enabled
- Improving user experience
3. Cookie categories

4. Cookie consent
When a user first visits the website, they are given the option to accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies. Non-essential cookies are not placed on the user’s device before valid consent has been obtained, where consent is required. Rejecting non-essential cookies is as straightforward as accepting them.
5. Managing cookies
Users can also manage cookies through their browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Third-party cookies
Where third-party services are added to the website, such as analytics, embedded maps, video platforms, CRM tools or form tools, those providers may set cookies or collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. No third-party cookies or tools are named here unless they are actually implemented.
Enquiry forms currently submit over HTTPS to a form-to-email processing service so that messages can be delivered to info@milman.construction. That submission happens when a user chooses to send an enquiry.
7. Changes to this policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements or website functionality.
